L’Artiste peintre a récemment séjourné deux semaines au Japon dans le cadre d’un échange artistique entre la France et le Japon. Durant ce voyage, il a collaboré avec une artiste japonaise spécialisée dans la calligraphie traditionnelle, Eigetsu, créant un dialogue entre peinture contemporaine et art ancestral.
Il a également parcouru le pays afin de découvrir ses traditions et ses paysages, qui nourriront l’inspiration d’une nouvelle série d’œuvres.
Enfin, il a rencontré un atelier traditionnel de Raku, dépositaire d’un savoir-faire ancestral, avec lequel il initiera prochainement une collaboration prestigieuse.
The painter recently spent two weeks in Japan as part of an artistic exchange between France and Japan. During this journey, he collaborated with a Japanese artist specialized in traditional calligraphy, Eigetsu, fostering a dialogue between contemporary painting and ancestral art.
He also traveled across the country to immerse himself in its traditions and landscapes, which will inspire a new series of works.
Finally, he met with a traditional Raku workshop, guardian of an ancestral craft, with which he will soon embark on a prestigious collaboration.
